Cancellation and Refund

All the sales on our website are final with the exception of exchange/refund on damaged goods. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

 

We take all the precautions to ensure top quality packaging before the shipping of goods, so that damages to products during transportation are unlikely. However, we offer exchange/refund on damaged goods.

 

Damaged product policy

 

  • Purchased items can be replaced only if they are damaged during the transportation.

  • Ensure that you click a video while opening the package. We make all efforts to ensure safe and timely deliveries of products.

  • If you find any damages, just send the video of unpacking the box to us on email or WhatsApp.

  • We will get in touch with you within a day and inform you about the exchange/refund process.

  • Typically, we should be able to complete the exchange/refund process in 7-10 days.
